Medium Frequency Heating Equipment
　　500KW×2 KGPS series transistor frequency converter for inductive heating. It has excellent capacity of load adaptability. It may be mated with different specifications of heating furnaces to coat and heat steel pipes of different pipe diameters.

Water-cooling Plant
　　When coated steel pipes enter water-cooling plant, cooling circulation water is sprayed onto their surface to cool and solidify the coating gradually and make its temperature in line with the standard requirement. The water-cooling section of the line is 28m and there are spray pipes on both sides and below the inlet so that cooling water could be equally sprayed. Thus, water striking spots and indentations are avoided and the temperature of exit pipe is guaranteed below 60℃.
